Baked Bacon

Ingredients:
1 egg yolk
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
1/2 pound bacon
2/3 cup cracker crumbs


Directions:
Beat together egg yolk, worcestershire sauce and dry mustard. Dip bacon slices in egg mixture then dip in cracker crumbs. Place bacon on rack in shallow pan and bake in 350 oven until crisp and brown - about 15 - 20 minutes.
